The Poet's Lounge

Hello friends and fans!

Many of you have been asking me, "Hey, Deb - what are you doing now?" "Do you have any new books coming out?" "I don't see you posting poetry anymore, how come?"

Well, rest assured, no I have not stopped writing. As a matter of fact, I have been ultra-busy lately.

As you know, I am now offering professional psychic readings and also do parties, which I must say, has taken off faster than I can keep up. I have also been scheduled for upcoming radio appearances and am also in contact with other media professionals as well.

I am currently working on a collaboration with THE INDIGO ARTIST, slated for release in 2010. I am also planning the first annual Authors Society CONFERENCE. If you'd like to attend the conference, speak at the conference or get a table, please email me at authorsocietyevents.yahoo.com.

Okay, now for the good stuff :-) ...

I am working on my first ever fiction novel, Immortal and am working on the first workbook for my educational series: The Poetry Addies: Fun with Free Verse. Check them out by visiting the "Upcoming Releases" page at my website: www.deborahsimpson.org. No release dates as of yet, but I figure I'd let everyone know :-)

I thank each of you for your continued support. I always ask myself, "are you crazy? Can you handle all of this?" And the answer is always a resounding, "not sure." However, the one thing I am always sure about and that is, I am doing what I love to do, so stopping is not an option.

In the meantime, while you are patiently awaiting my new releases, do check out my boutique at www.deborahsimpson.org for purchasing your favorite autographed book and/or your next reading.

Much love to one and all!

As always, wishing you an absolutely gorgeous today!

~Deborah
