About Me
I was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. All my novels are set in my hometown of Murray. I began writing at 15 was first published at 19 by THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS. I am also the recipient of THE JOHN STEINBECK SHORT STORY AWARD and have published a cover article for a major but now defunct music magazine. I am a social commentator, regional romantic writer (romantic referring to love of the land).

A Lapse in Time

I have always loved the written word. Inspired by Steinbeck I published my first book of verse when I was 19. The Library of Congress requested permission to publish "Broken Window" in audio format as a public service for their visually impaired. Two years later I won the John Steinbeck Short Story Award and then published a cover story for a now defunct music magazine.
